Ready to cut the red ribbon wherever they are asked, Marie Claire, Aurora and La Cantante will try to put on the best inauguration you’ve ever seen.

La Inauguración talks about the absurdity of formalities, forms and hierarchies established by tradition and we ask ourselves why they are useful.
We play with everything that surrounds an inaugural act: protocol and formality.
The Inauguration transforms a serious and solemn act into a hilarious, crazy party that can end up in a mess!

Bio
The Kakofónikas are Emma Bassas, Marta Renyer and María Rosa. Motivated by the absence of street theatre companies formed exclusively by women we decided to create our own, The Kakofónikas.
We started in 2020, feeling the company selected by the Support to the Creation of the International Clown Festival of Cornellà.
Because of the covid19, the edition of the festival of 2020 did not take place, and we were left without the economic support to the creation. Even so we decided to go ahead with the show and after overcoming the pandemic and a maternity, here we are, with more enthusiasm than ever.
We are two clowns and a singer who have decided to venture out of our artistic comfort zone to work together in this new field, street theatre, and we do it with our own language, humour.
